The Mediating Role of Motivation in the Effect of Nurse-Nurse Collaboration on Nurses' Work Performance: Descriptive Research

Objective: This study aimed to determine the mediating role of motivation in effect nurse-nurse collaboration on work performance. Material and Methods: The research was carried out as a correlational using survey questions directed participants. One hundred thirty-one nurses who continued their active duties participated study. Within scope research, questionnaire consisting cooperation, at work, job performance scales, descriptive were used. All analyzes done SPSS version 22 Hayes Process Macro. In study, statistics used reveal participant characteristics. Macro model 4 test hypotheses. Since hypotheses one-sided, p value accepted 0.025. Results: As result it has been determined that cooperation directly affects It is statistically significant this an increasingly positive effect. Conclusion: Nurses working teams should be professional solidarity. Because known when nurse reaches desired levels, increases, contributes best health outcomes for patients. For higher better service delivery, recommended hospital managers increase motivation.
